ALOO MUTTER PANEER
Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup boiled peas, fresh or frozen
  • 1/3 cup paneer
  • 1 medium potato cut in small pieces
  • 1 onion finally chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger, garlic and red chilli paste
  • 2 medium size tomato
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cashews
  • 2 teaspoon kasuri methi
  • 1/2 garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/4 turmeric powder
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • salt
  • water
Method
  • Tomato and cashew paste to make a tomato in the mixer.
  • Heat oil in a wok. potato pieces over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. now fry them in a dish.
  • In the same wok fry until the pieces of paneer as long as it does not become light brown. Fry in a paneer plate.
  • Now add chopped onion in wok light brown on medium heat until.
  • Ginger- garlic- chilli paste and saute on medium heat until as long as oil is not missing.
  • Tomato puree and mix batter well.
  • Blend for 3-4 minutes it gets thickened. salt, kasuri methi (hand-mashed), garam masala powder and cumin powder and mix batter well.
  • Add potato , paneer and peas.
  • Want up to a minute while running  from the ladle.
  • 1/2 cup water and mix the mixture simmer on medium heat until it gets thickened.
